Description

Panelvit® Universal screw
Chromiting® CSK PZ

Lubricated universal screw suitable for screwing without a pilot hole into: chipboard panels, wood, hardware, thin sheet metal, plastic and wall plugs.

RECESS
deep to ensure secure matching with the screwdriver. A deep recess, of a perfect shape, enables he same insert to be used for thousands of screwing operations.

HEAD
reinforced to enable high tightening torques to be transmitted.

THREAD
with a smooth and sharp profile to guarantee rapid screwing with minimum effort, reducing the risk of cracking the wood.

OGIVE-SHAPED TIP
Threaded right to the end, ensure a secure grip without any slipping and a gradual and constant penetration of the screw. Rapid penetration is thus obtained and, as there are no points of discontinuity, here is a lower risk of cracking the materials.

IN PROCESS CONTROLS
The entire manufacturing process is subjected to SPC (Statistical Product Control), which guarantees a constantly high level of quality in time.
The batch number on the labels ensures absolute traceability of all the phases of production and related control/test documents.

CALIBRATED SCREWS
The Mustad Panelvit® screws are manufactured with stricter-than-standard tolerance limits. They can therefore be defined as ‘calibrated’, that is, capable of sliding more easily in the guides and loading tubes of screwing machines.
