Self-drilling and self-tapping screw particularly indicated for fixing: cable ducts, omega bars, thin wooden or plastic panels to metal structures, plasterboard wall linings frames, light structures, prefabricated sheet metal structures.

deep to ensure secure matching with the screwdriver. A deep recess, of a perfect shape, enables he same insert to be used for thousands of screwing operations.
LARGE FLANGED HEAD
which eliminates the need for washers.

up to below the head, to allow the gripping of extremely thin sheets.

CHROMITING® PROTECTIVE TREATMENT
of an iridescent colour, it ensures a salt spray corrosion resistance of 240 hrs. Compliance with grade 4 of EN 1670 standard.

IN PROCESS CONTROLS
The entire manufacturing process is subjected to SPC (Statistical Product Control), which guarantees a constantly high level of quality in time.
The batch number on the labels ensures absolute traceability of all the phases of production and related control/test documents.
DRILLING TEST
all batches are tested with special instruments to determine their drilling rate in the various materials.
CE marking for load-bearing metal assembly elements, according to EAD 330046-01-0602:2016 (conferred by the CSTB Centre Scientifique duBâtiment, Paris, France). DoP (Declaration of Performance) issued, according to the European Construction Products Regulation 305/2011.
